Charles Doyle, assistant director of Building and Planning for Lower Merion, said the township would be coordinating with the Board of the Ardmore House to discuss the plan. The development would take place using a municipal lot to the rear of the building. The Ardmore House is a 63-unit building designed as affordable housing for older adults.
